My Top 5 Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Over the summer, I LOVE drinking smoothies. They're fast, they taste good, and you can make like a billion of different flavors. Here are some of my top recipes:

Protein Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is basically protein ice cream. And you can add whatever toppings you like to it!

20 ice cubes

1 scoop protein powder

1tsp baking powder

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blend until all ice cubes are blended, and you get a creamy consistency. Then LOAD it up with toppings.

Caramel, Peanut Butter, and Banana Shake

1 banana (frozen)

1/2 cup egg whites

1-2 tbsp peanut butter

1-2 tbsp Nestle Sugar Free Caramel creamer

Handful of ice cubes

Avocado Green Smoothie

1/2 avocado

1/2 granny smith apple

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

lime juice

handful of spinach

handful of ice cubes

Berry Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is a little more calorie dense, so I would drink it as a pre and post workout smoothie!

1 scoop protein powder

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp chia seeds

handful of spinach

handful of ice cubes

Chocolate Green Smoothie

1 banana (frozen)

1/2 scoop protein powder

1/2 cup egg whites

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 avocado

handful of spinach

dash of cinnamon

stevia packet or 2 dates for sweetening

add almond milk if needed or desired
