I'm Natalie, and I'm a fat loss expert.
My passion for fitness and health stems from all my years of being bullied, by my peers and by myself. I was over weight, didn't fit into any of my clothes, and I thought the simple thing to do was "eat less".
So... I cut out food groups, skipped meals, made sure I was working MY ASS off in the gym, and sacrificed a lot of my social life and friendships. I thought I was doing everything right, but in reality, I was making things worse.
Where did all those years of sacrifice leave me?
It's like I was taking 1 step forward and 3 steps back. Losing 10lbs, then gaining 20 back. Saying no to sweets for a few days, then going into a 3-5 day full on binge fest.
I was gaining and losing the same 30 pounds for
8 YEARS until I finally found a system that works.
What's my secret?
After having my own 65lb fat loss success and teaching more than 100 women how to lose weight themselves, I’ve condensed macros down a science. Now I’m sharing the same roadmap by coaching you inside the Macro Mastermind.

Nat really gives it to you no bullshit. I started the program at very low calories and was struggling to lose weight. Over the 12 weeks, she put me in a reverse diet.
