Meet the Trainer

My passion for health and fitness started when I was a child. I was bullied in school for being overweight, which led me to have a binge eating disorder all throughout high school and college. I was over weight, didn't fit into any of my clothes, and I thought the simple thing to do was "eat less". 

For years I was struggling to find myself, control my binges, and lose the weight I had gained. I cut out food groups, skipped meals, worked MY ASS off in the gym, and sacrificed a lot of my social life and friendships. I thought I was doing everything right, but in reality, I was making things worse. It's like I was taking 1 step forward and 3 steps back. Losing 10lbs, then gaining 20. Saying no to sweets for a few days, then going into a 3-5 day full on binge fest.


 

I was gaining and losing the same 30 pounds for

over a decade until I finally found a system that works. A program I could follow that helped me lose the weight once and for all.  

 

I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science, and spent years researching and testing the best nutrition and training strategies. With those tools, I created my own weight loss and training program that helped me and dozens more fix their relationship with food, shed stubborn body fat, and build the body of their dreams.
