What's up?? I'm Natalie, Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science and Nutrition graduate, certified personal trainer, and lover of all things macros, training, and Dubstep/EDM music.

For SO LONG I struggled with my body image, mindset around dieting, and fear of carbs and foods. Until I finally stopped with the bullshit diets and wrong advice, and learned the actual science behind sustainable fat loss and body recomposition.

And after having my own 65lb weight loss transformation, those are the exact methods I now use with my clients.
